Brighten up your half term by joining us to make colourful bird puppets and masks. We'll be taking inspiration from the owls and 'jumbie birds' in the 'John Lyons: Carnivalesque' exhibition, as well as some of the wonderful birds that are more local to us here in Plymouth. A member of Real Steel will also be here running carnival-inspired steel pan drumming workshops in our North Hall at the same times. See our 'more info' section below!

About the craft sessions: these are particularly ideal for children aged 4 to 11 years old and their adults and last entries at 12.15pm and 3.15pm. Steel pan drumming workshops: suitable for all families, last 15-20 minute workshops for 8-10 people at a time. If both of these activities are busy why not try the crafts, games and books at the 'Explore More' tables next to our shop?
Free admission, donations are welcome. No need to book.
