See this new five-screen film which examines the role of the archive in our Media Lab gallery throughout the summer. Using 16mm and 35mm film footage showing Plymouth and its surrounding area over a century, RE/POSIT/ORY examines the nature and purpose of moving image archives and their significance to us today. What can we learn about the past from them, and how might this inform our future?
