New digital guide now available to enrich your onsite and offsite visits

The Box's new free guide

The Box’s new, digital guide is now available on Bloomberg Connects, the free arts and cultural app created by Bloomberg Philanthropies. The app means you can enjoy onsite and offsite visits through information, images, audio files and video features that offer insights into our permanent galleries and changing exhibitions.

Current highlights on the guide include a special audio introduction to the Planet Ocean exhibition and new audio clips about our popular Martinware crab (affectionately known as ‘Colin’) and much-loved paintings A Fish Sale on a Cornish Beach by Stanhope Forbes (1857-1947) and Eddystone Lighthouse, During a Storm by William Daniell (1769-1837).

Bloomberg Connects offers free digital guides to cultural organisations around the world, making it easy for people to access and engage with arts and culture from mobile devices when they’re visiting in person, or anytime from anywhere. The app is part of Bloomberg Philanthropies’ longstanding commitment to supporting digital innovation in the arts.

You can follow Bloomberg Connects on Instagram, Facebook and X for updates on new guide launches, exhibition highlights and more.

To access The Box’s free guide, download the Bloomberg Connects app now from Google Play or the App Store.
